This is a comprehensive, whole-property assessment designed to help you understand what is really happening within your home.
It goes beyond a damp survey by considering how ventilation, heating, insulation, and occupancy interact, helping to identify the true cause of issues rather than just the symptoms.
The report provides a non-intrusive appraisal of a property’s energy performance, ventilation, moisture risk, and overall building condition, offering a clear understanding of how the home performs in practice before any remedial works are considered.
